Receptionist / Administrator - Doornpoort, Pretoria

Salary negotiable depending on experience

**Job Types**: Half-day, Permanent with possibility to become full-day

**Requirements**:
A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role with general admin / reception experience

Must have matric

Must have reliable transport

Must have experience with a wide spectrum of administrative responsibilities

Must be able to handle pressure and work in a deadline driven environment

English and Afrikaans proficient (written and verbal)

**Skills**:
Excellent typing skills

Good knowledge of Word and Excel

Professional in making and receiving of calls

Team player

Responsible

Reliable

Flexible

**Administration**:
Update attendance register on a daily basis

Generate reports on a daily basis and forward these to the customer

Generate monthly reports and forward these to the customer

Keep vehicle inspection report book up to date

Stocktaking, ordering and issuing of PPE

Stocktaking, ordering and issuing of tools

Updating files and maintaining filing

Answering the telephone

Keeping contact list updated and forwarding new contacts to all employees

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
