Calling all PORTUGUESE speaking receptionists

Our client in Pretoria needs a Portuguese speaking Receptionist/Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Basic requirements for the job:

- Portuguese knowledge (fluency preferable)
- Computer skills
- Experience on office duties

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Move documents in between offices
- Make regular posts on social media
- Update the catalogue of books for the library
- Serve water and coffee
- Water the plants
- Refill water bottles in the offices
- Open the door for customers to leave/enter the Institute
- Receive deliveries

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tshwane, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- Portuguese (required)
