**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Update and maintain the current filing system
General admin duties as required
Handling petty cash
Collecting petty cash/debit and credit card recons and slips from branches
Administrative support to other departments as required, to ensure consistent and efficient processes are maintained
Recon drivers travel sheets
Handling of customer/supplier queries and recons as requested
Grade 12
Computer literacy
1-2 Years Admin Experience
Able to deal with people at various levels
Able to meet deadlines and prioritize
Good communication skills
Good analytical and organizational skills
