Our client in Somerset-West is seeking a dynamic Executive Personal Assistant to join their team in a remote capacity, supporting various businesses within the Padel industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Acquaint yourself with the diverse businesses and service portfolios within the Padel industry.
Provide flexible and efficient administrative support across different departments and business functions.
Assist in creating and updating PowerPoint decks and Excel worksheets, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Effectively manage executive schedules, appointments, and communications in a remote setting.
Coordinate virtual meetings and handle associated logistics, ensuring seamless remote collaboration.
Support the preparation of materials for presentations, pitches, and virtual stakeholder meetings.
Manage administrative tasks related to negotiations, deal preparations, and remote strategy development.
Maintain organized digital documents relevant to executive strategies and business operations.
Facilitate remote client communications and track satisfaction levels effectively.
Collaborate remotely with team members to execute executive-level strategies across diverse portfolios.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in remote administrative support or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace, with advanced skills in remote collaboration tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored for remote interactions.
Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
Proven track record of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a remote setting.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving remote work practices and business needs.
