Personal Assistant

Sitari Country Estate is an award-winning property development in the Western Cape and offers an iconic selection of prestige, premium and luxury apartments, village and country homes, country plots, as well as planned retirement properties, 24/7 protection, complete with an exclusive Curro School and lifestyle village mall.
The **Sitari Property Sales** team is looking for a competent Personal Assistant with a strong financial administration background to join the team situated outside of Somerset West, within **Sitari Country Estate**.
Role and responsibilities include:
- Assist in checking sales agreement contracts & FICA documents
- Assist with compiling spreadsheets
- Assist with general adhoc queries for the sales agents
- Assist with general adhoc functions with monthly accounts
- Assist with sales & rental admin functions when required
- Assist with interviews for clients for finance when required
**Required Experience**:
- Matric (non-negotiable)
- 1-2 years banking administration experience (essential)
- 1-2 years property administration experience (essential)
- Must live in Somerset West or surrounding areas (required)
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer (essential)
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with perfect accuracy.
