**Descriptions**:
Managing outstanding debtors / Reconciliation of debtors accounts;
Annual renewal of organisation’s Western Cape Government data base e-procurement system;
Reconciliation of PayFast account;
**Month End**: Allocating and securing Bank Statements on SAGE;
Managing Annual Leave schedule.
Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors accounts;
Creditor management and payments;
Invoicing and invoice processing;
Assisting with client / supplier enquiries;
Administrative duties (e.g. filing, office
- and meeting calendars);
Sales reporting
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualification**: St. 10/Grade 12 and 3 years’ solid administrative and finance experience. (A relevant, tertiary qualification will be advantageous);
Extensive and administrative and financial experience;
Attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent communication
- and organisational skills;
Computer literate (Solid Excel, PayFast and SAGE Pastel Accounting experience).
