Objective of the role
The objective of the relationship manager is to confidently support the sales team by proactively managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively over the phone, ensuring consistent follow-up with clients to build and maintain robust connections that drive sales performance and achieve targets.
Minimum qualification
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Required experience and knowledge
1-2 years of experience in sales, client services, or a related field.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.

Key accountabilities
Support the directors and sales team in achieving sales targets and business development goals.
Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Assist in identifying sales opportunities and generating leads through research and client interactions.
Conduct follow-up communications with clients to nurture relationships and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions and planning.
Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide relevant insights to the sales team.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to build a network and identify new business opportunities.
