**DUTIES**:
- Manage the current compliment of four staff members overseeing sales, administration and the financial running of the branch
- Manage stock and logistics
- Growing the sales team in Gauteng
- Ensuring delivery of Group strategies, tactical objectives and ongoing operational goals, targets and budgets
- Ensure all employees are aligned to the value of the business, manager their work profiles so they are working effectively and successfully
- Develop and implement plans to improve the current branch profitability
- Ensure that financial and administrative processes and controls are consistently, effectively and efficiently applied and adhered to
- Grow the customer base is through the development and acquisition of new custom
- Assist the sales representative to increase the onboarding of new clients and growing the sales for the branch
- Ability to travel to the Head Office in Cape Town when required
