Client Services Administrator

**Role summary**
We are seeking a client services administrator, reporting to the Senior Manager within the Alternative Asset Services of Sanne, to have responsibility for the daily client interaction internally and administrative responsibilities and provide full administrative support to the Client Services Manager to deal with ongoing and technical queries as and when they arise. The role will include allocating client inquiries to internal stakeholders, where applicable and overseeing various internal client servicing functions to ensure quality operational output.
**Key responsibilities**
- Working with management, to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of Client Onboarding and due diligence;
- Coordination and completion of client Minimum Disclosure Document;
- Performing any additional responsibilities that may be required in the support of the client services division i.e., and not limited to client billings, client file maintenance and preparation of service review packs;
- Assist with administrative functions relating to all clients;
- Liaising with fund managers to communicate information and resolve issues on a timely basis;
- Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory and statutory deadlines;
- Liaising with the various internal teams to ensure quality client output.
**Skills / experience**
**Commerce, **Honours** or Bus Sci Degree with**:
- Financial Management;
- Proficient in MS Excel;
- Structural and detail orientated;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines;
- Excellent communication and organization skills;
- Motivated and driven;
- Minimum of 2 years relative experience in the financial sector.
