Cape Town, South Africa Call Centre Staffing Full time

Our client, one of Southern Africa’s leading administrator for products and services in the retirement fund and fiduciary industries is recruiting for Multilingual consultants to service their clients in South Africa.

The purpose of the job is to handle workflow in the Client Service Centre and to ensure that the highest level of client service is delivered.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls and return customer calls within service level agreed times

Maintain call volumes in line with the company’s daily average

Competently manage irate clients

Liaising with relevant stakeholders to address queries/complaints

Update and verify client information on database

Translate written correspondence to English

Assist with Outbound Campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Multilingual**:Must be able to speak, read and write fluently any of the following languages**: Sesotho, Sepedi, Setswana, Tshivenda
- Client focused
- Numerically intelligent
- Computer literate
- Grade 12 (Compulsory)
- 1 year unbroken, recent Contact Centre Experience
- Financial Services industry knowledge and background
- Knowledge of Trust and Beneficiary fund environment
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits environment

**Salary**: Up to R11,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Financial Services Industry Knowledge & background: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- ,read and write Tshivenda fluently (required)
- ,read and write Sesotho fluently (required)
- ,read and write Setswana fluently (preferred)
- ,read and write Sepedi fluently (required)
