**Receptionist Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming clients and visitors and directing them appropriately in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering and screening of switchboard calls and routing all incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments and calendars.
- Assisting in communicating with logístical suppliers and deliveries such as couriers and shipping companies incl.: waybills, delivery notes, tracking, etc.
- Make neat and relevant notes from customer and supplier interactions.
- Helping maintain workplace and inventory of kitchen and office supplies.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms - incl. Tea/coffee and refreshment orders for management & visitors.Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
- Communicating with service providersOperate standard office equipment on a regular basis,
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ad hoc tasks when required.

**Receptionist Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Switchboard knowledge
- Good time management & multi-tasking skills.Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and can-do approach to the role, company and colleagues
- Self-motivated, required to get on with daily responsibilities with mínimal supervision
- Ability to meet agreed timeframes and to communicate progress reports or delays timeously
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- A good sense of humor & teamwork.

**Salary**: From R10 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
