**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general information to visitors and callers about the distribution center's operations and services.
- Assist the Distribution Center General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and databases.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with various departments to support distribution center operations.
- Assist with data entry and processing of orders, invoices, and other documents.
- Generate and distribute operational reports as required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Tertiary qualification is advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage administrative tasks and support senior management.
- Customer service experience.
