**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Consult with Line Mangers to write job specifications.
- Post vacancies on recruitment platforms
- Screen CVs according to the job spec
- Arrange and conduct interviews
- Schedule psychometric assessments, where needed.
- Conduct MIE and reference checks
- Prepare and present offers of employment

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Working experience with MS Office

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Confidentiality.
- Excellent Administrative skills.
- Planning, project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in an environment where not all systems are established.
