**Role Purpose**
- Partner with business and leadership to inform and implement the Human Capital agenda that enables business objectives and goals aligned to the Human Capital strategy.
**Requirements**:
- 3 5 years Human Capital Partnering or HR advisory experience across the HC value chain Experience in the insurance industry (preferred) Employee Relations experience Knowledge and/ or experience in dealing with drafting and submissions of WSPs and ATRs ,Formal qualificationsBachelors degree in HR, Social or Behavioural Sciences or equivalent, Onthejob training / qualificationsnull, Specific licensing or registrationnull, Formal qualifications:Bachelors degree in HR, Social or Behavioural Sciences or equivalent, Onthejob training / qualifications:null, Specific licensing or registration:null, Specific licensing or registration:Registered Psychometrist, independent practice, Formal qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or a related discipline, Formal qualifications:Honours degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, or a related discipline, Specific licensing or registration:Registered Psychometrist, independent practice with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), Specific licensing or registration:Registered Professional with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP), Relationship management skills Influencing skills Critical thinking Communication skills Facilitation skills Business acumen Problem solving skills, Knowledge of and experience in Human Capital practices and legislation across the HC value chain
