Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Professional to join our team as a People & Performance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing strategic HR support to senior stakeholders, with a focus on organisational design, change management, and performance improvement.

About the Role:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to senior stakeholders, including advice on organisational design, change management, and performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, including talent management, development, and engagement.
  • Partner with Line Managers to drive business performance, succession development, and employee engagement.
  • Support the implementation of defined performance management processes that drive a high-performance culture.
  • Initiate training and development initiatives to support capability development, working closely with the People & Performance Manager.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in organisational design, change management, and performance improvement.
  • Impressive demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s) at a similar level.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in delivering organisational design and change management projects.
  • Demonstrated Employee Relations experience, with a working knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Experience working with teams in Africa essential, and in Europe - a strong advantage.

  • R1.6 million per annum (cost to company) negotiable.
