Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to join our People team. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to leaders across the organization, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Partner with leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, communications, and other initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a People role, with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

What We Offer

Omega Human Capital offers a competitive salary range of $82,000 - $110,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible paid time off, flexible working hours (we are async), 16 weeks paid parental leave, mental health support services, stock options, learning budget, home office budget & IT equipment, and budget for local in-person social events or co-working spaces.
