A substantial amount of time will be spent on engaged selling or supporting the sales process in partnership with Client Managers. Contribute to the pre-sales process by working with pre-sales architects to create the best solution design for the client. Building and developing excellent stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients, whilst developing new business channels and territories will be a core focus of this role.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- As a Network Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving sales of NTT DATA networking technology and managed services to our clients.
- Support the closure of sales based on technology domain knowledge.
- Address the technology conceptual challenges during the sales process.
- Maintain a high level of relevant product and service knowledge to have meaningful conversations with potential and existing clients.
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategy and how to penetrate a new market.
- Contribute to the knowledge base of NTT Ltd.'s solutions and services within a practice area or service area by sharing best practices with internal teams, as well as client teams.
- You will work within a team to manage new and ongoing engagements with clients throughout the sales process as well as beyond that in order to ensure client satisfaction.
- While your key role will be to add a deep understanding of the LAN, wired and wireless, and software defined offerings, to our clients and internally, you will play a strong supporting role to all other team members in full the engagement, from quote to cash.
- Place a massive focus on service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Your experience, knowledge and close relationships with the relevant OEMs in the NTT DATA networking portfolio will be key.
- Understanding of the order lifecycle of the OEM’s and distributors as well as their order platforms will be an advantage.

**Requirements**:

- Ongoing engagements with clients to understand their business while uncovering requirements that match our service offerings and lead to opportunities to close mutually beneficial business.
- Work closely within the client and internal team to retain all existing services and solutions in your client patch.
- Assist in defining and validating global use cases that are appropriate within your clients.
- Sales target and sale cycle management.
- Display experience in sales forecasting.

**Required Experience**:

- Advanced sales experience in a technology or services environment
- Advanced understanding of IT Managed Services environment
- Advanced demonstrable experience of solution-based selling with a proven track record of sales over-achievement
- Advanced experience in selling complex solutions and services to C-Level clients
- Advanced experience in resolving a wide range of issues in creative ways to meet targets and objectives
- Advanced demonstrable experience in networking with senior internal and external people in the specialist area of expertise
- Advanced level capability and the ability to work independently with little instruction on day-to-day workload

**Qualifications**
- A Degree in a Technical or Sales field is preferred but not essential
- Certified in industry relevant structured sales methodologies and negotiation skills.
- Vendor accreditations desirable.
- Proven experience working in a sales or partner manager role at a Systems Integrator, ISP, OEM or Distributor.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with the ability to use a personal vehicle for work purposes and clean driving history.
- Examples of role relevant skills development.
- Must have a strong desire to succeed and be results oriented.
