- To effectively advise on and manage the remuneration and benefits framework and human resource records within the company- Key performance areas:
- To implement and maintain the company’s remuneration strategy;
- To monitor the implementation of the remuneration strategy, identify trends, and improve the efficacy of the remuneration strategy;
- To provide guidance and support to divisions and employees in relation to remuneration matters;
- To build and manage a strong team and ensure adherence to all relevant human resource policies;
- To assist in the management of the business unit;
**Inherent Requirements**
- Required Minimum Education/training:
- National Diploma/B. Degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration
- SARA Global Remuneration Practitioner certification an advantage
- Required Minimum Experience:
- 5 years’ remuneration and benefits environment- Work Level- Middle Management**What Qualification**
