Experience with supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced and growing organization is strongly desired. You are dedicated and resourceful, have a customer-service mentality, and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives.
- Understanding of project management concepts
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and global company environment.
**Experience**:
- Proven track record of achieving high performance goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal communication style, particularly with Board members, executives, and senior-level staff.
- Experience working with a wide variety of personalities and functional expertise.
- Knowledge of project management and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organise meetings and prepare meeting materials, including presentations and reports.
- Plans and executes business unit special events.
- Liaises effectively with various stakeholders.
- Maintains confidentiality handling sensitive information.
- Coordinates special projects as required.
- Manages departmental budgets efficiently.
- Handles expense reports and purchase orders proactively.
- Coordinates complex calendars and travel arrangements.
- Oversees day-to-day office operations, including facilities management.
- Organises office workflow, schedules staff, and plans meetings and events.
- Manages company reception and ensures professional communication.
- Develops and documents administrative systems for staff.
- Maintains a vendor contact list and tracks service requests.
- Assists in maintaining well-organized administrative files.
