Z.O. Adv is a 4th Industrial Revolution Advertising Consultancy located in Bedfordview. The company operates in the Communication, Retail, Legal, IT, and Financial sectors, offering services such as Strategic Consulting, M&A, Business Intelligence, IoT, SaaS, and IT Security.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Personal Assistant at Z.O. Adv in Bedfordview. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing personal and administrative assistance to the executive team, managing communications, handling diary management, and utilising clerical skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Personal assistance to the company's Directors, including but not limited to: making coffee, organising lunch and running personal errands.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Screening inquiries and requests, and handling them where applicable.
- Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for Executive Directors and, maintain the effective working of their offices in their absence.
- Undertake research and other activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Matric certificate
- Additional qualification in Administration or Marketing will be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant
- Strong Administration and Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Valid Drivers Licence and own car is a non-negotiable
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Exceptional Time Management
- Proven experience in Diary Management
- Organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in the Advertising or Consultancy industry is a plus
