Job Summary:
Join One Umbrella as a B2B Appointment Setter and become the driving force behind our client acquisition efforts. As the first point of contact for our potential growth partners, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and contributing to our mission of redefining business growth.

You will also be incentivised with a great unlimited bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and qualify leads by analyzing their business model and pain points.
- Educate prospects on the value of One Umbrella’s growth partner services.
- Schedule appointments with our marketing strategists for in-depth business analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the sales pipeline and meet targets.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Prior experience in a B2B outbound role.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage with business professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.

KPIs (Daily):

- Number of Dials
- Connection Rate
- Talk Time: 120-180 mins
- Leads Qualified: 2-5
- Follow-Up Actions: 100% of positive interactions
- Data Entry and CRM Updates: 100% accuracy
- Personal Development: Minimum 30 mins

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
