Sirvify is a B2B sales intelligence and automated outreach platform built for result driven go-to-market teams in mind. We're a team of entrepreneurs on a mission to simplify market development and customer acquisition challenges - by utilising efficient objective-based methodologies.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding new customers and presenting them our company’s products and services. You will also be responsible for building a strong relationship with the customers.

Ideally, you should have an extraordinary ability to work for long working hours. You should also have good communication skills and the ability to network with potential buyers. In addition to this, you are required to be in contact with the customer after-sales and take their feedback.

**What will you be doing?**
- You will be researching and analyzing prospect data
- You will be communicating with prospects and conducting live demos
- You will be organizing and maintaining a portfolio of clients
- You will be driving real revenue and having fun while you do it

- You need to have some experience using a CRM - Hubspot preferably
- You need to have experience using an Outbound Marketing system
- You need to be able to work in teams - with individual targets

**Requirements**:

- High School and some university level education in business, math, engineering, communications or similar areas.
- Proven track record as a Sales Development Representative, Associate, or similar sales roles.
- You must be able to work remotely.
- You must have your own Laptop and Wifi connection (Non negotiable)
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with different types of personalities.
- Ability to stand for long working hours.
- Ability to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to stand for long working hours.
- Ability to offer outstanding customer service to the customers.

Training is paid for. High-performaning reps will be on track to earn up to R450000 per year.
There is a base salary, and a large commission component. There is room to grow.
