**Dispatch/Receiving Clerk**
Location: Boksburg
Accountable for work within defined operating procedures, standards and work routines.
- Liaise with drivers to ensure that they are on route and deliveries are on schedule.
- Responsible for updating the following reports and forwarding onto relevant management:
1. Trip sheets.
2. Returns.
3. Daily Reports.
4. Liaising with Transporters relating to deliveries and collections.
- Ensure delivery addresses are in line with clerks’ load sheet and dispatch plan.
- Ensure seals allocated to all high value loads.
- Verify load sheets given by the Dispatch Clerks.
- Verify documentation once processed and ensure all delivery note and manifest quantities tie up and match the tally quantity.
Experience & Qualification:
- Matric-Grade 12.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Dispatch Clerk function.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
