We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business

Development Consultant in the field of Learning and Development/eLearning. This is a commission-based role, offering excellent earning potential for someone with a proven track record in sales and business development.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and Target Prospects:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in organisations seeking Learning and Development and eLearning solutions. Develop a target list of prospects and create a strategic approach to engage with them.

2. Generate Leads and Build Relationships:
3. Consultative Selling:
Understand clients' needs and challenges related to Learning and Development and eLearning. Present our products and services as effective solutions to meet those needs, highlighting the benefits and value proposition. Conduct consultations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively.

4. Negotiation and Closing:
Collaborate with clients to understand their budgetary constraints and propose tailored pricing and contract terms. Lead negotiations to secure new business and close deals successfully. Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.

5. Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Continuously track sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team on sales activities, progress, and forecast.

6. Market and Competitive Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings in the

Learning and Development/eLearning space. Analyse and leverage this information to develop effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and differentiate our offerings.

7. Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns promptly, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven Sales Experience:
Demonstrated success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the

Learning and Development/eLearning industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. Knowledge of Learning and Development/eLearning:
Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the Learning and

Development and eLearning field. Understanding of the challenges faced by organisations in this space and how our solutions can address them.

3. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Confidence in delivering presentations and conducting product demonstrations.

4. Relationship Building:
Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to establish rapport with potential clients and build long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual success.

5. Results-Driven:
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Proactive in identifying new business opportunities and taking the necessary actions to achieve sales objectives.

6. Adaptability and Resilience:
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Resilience in handling objections, rejections, and overcoming sales challenges.

7. Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable with using CRM software, productivity tools, and other sales-related technologies. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.

8. Bachelor's Degree:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
