Join Our Dynamic Team as a Business Development Consultant (Personal Lines)
Are you a sales hunter with a passion for achieving outstanding results? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment? Our Client is seeking talented individuals like you to join our team as Business Development Consultants in our Personal lines division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and generate lead opportunities to ensure a minimum of 10 client quotes per week and 40 per month.
- Write a minimum of 11 policies per month.
- Maintain and update the Lead Generation Matrix on a weekly basis.
- Manage the lead generation process, including group presentations, oneonone consultations, and regular communication with staff.
- Stay up to date on product comparisons with competitor offerings and Momentum Insure product changes and enhancements.
- Sign up a minimum of 5 active lead referral agents.
- Introduce other Momentum Insure specialists to prospects where appropriate.
- Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Momentum Insure for Business Development Consultants.
- Provide accurate and timely weekly reports on leads, quotes, sales, and other relevant information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric/Grade 1
- FAIS Credits (minimum 30 credits in shortterm insurance) or a recognized qualification as per the FSCA qualification list.
- FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives (RE5).
- Minimum of 23 years of sales experience in shortterm insurance or solid direct sales experience.
- Proven track record in external/direct sales in a targetdriven environment.
- Strong experience in sourcing own new business leads.
- Must have own transport (car) and valid license.

- Cold calling skills to generate leads effectively.
Remuneration:
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a fixed basic salary of R15,000 (no sliding scale & no retainer), uncapped commission, annual incentives, quarterly consistency bonuses, and retention income based on successful business retention over time.
