Moore Cape Town is looking for a **Personal Assistant / Trust
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Minimum level of Education/ Qualifications Required**:
- Matric or National Diploma in Office Administration, Trusts and Estate Administration, or other relevant qualification.
**Work Experience**:
- 2 to 3 years in an administrative role within a professional, client-facing environment
- Trust
- and Deceased Estates Administration experience
- Experience in dealing with senior management and clients
***Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Trust
- and Deceased Estates Administration
- Secretarial and administration expertise
- Ability to handle a switchboard and reception desk
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office incuding Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience dealing with clients and high-pressure situations

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose of Position**:
The primary focus of the role is Personal Assistant to the director, assisting with the administration of Trusts and Deceased estates and to relieve the reception team when needed.
**Personal Assistant**
- Client liaison
- Attending to correspondence on behalf of the director
- Scheduling appointments
- Updating the Director’s timesheets and attending to the preparation of invoices
- Registration and deletion of clients
- Invoicing
- General Secretarial duties including relieving the reception team when required
**Trust
- and Estates Administration**
- Banking including opening of bank accounts, FICA compliance, and administering bank accounts
- Assembling and delivering (physical or digital) document bundles for the Master
- Maintain and file original client documentation
- Schedule Annual General Meetings
