Junior Procurement Officer

- Maintain the supplier database
- Negotiate supplier prices
- Goods received processing
- Shipping and packaging specifications
- Maintain a database of all products, including technical drawings, patterns, colours, artwork, label designs, swing tag designs, materials and packaging specifications
- Sourcing of suppliers (local and overseas)
- Sourcing of products and materials
- Attending trade shows and / or factories (Optional)
- Continuous quality inspections as shipments are received
- Stay in contact with suppliers and freight forwarders with regard to expected shipment dates

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Applicant should have a National Senior Certificate and understand garment technology
- Post matric qualification will be advantageous
- MS Word
- Adobe Illustrator; and
- Photoshop
- Sage Evolution working experience advantageous, but not a must.
