**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the sales within the company.
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with the sales team.
- Provide regular sales reports to Directors.
- Couch and support sales team.
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance of the sales department.
- Assist with new trainees within sales department.
- Motivate workers through incentives and positive feedback.
- Ensures workers have the resources to complete their work.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven sales experience.

2. Strong connections and experience within the debt review industry a +.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

5. Proficiency in English; additional languages will be considered an asset.

6. Proven track record of managing employees or sales team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required) +

Salary basic R 8000 + Commission

**Salary**: From R8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
