Well established Estate Agency based in Somerset West has a vacancy for an office administrator with previous experience in the property industry.
adminsitrator|property
Reporting to the Office Manager, duties will include but not limited to:
- Client liaison
- General Reception duties
- Petty Cash
- Typing of general correspondence
- Arrange exhibitions, launches and functions
- Assist agents as needed
- Uploading of properties
- Maintaining websites
- Social Media
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the property / rental industry
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Currently residing in the Helderberg area
- The ability to multitask
- Previous experience in the Property industry essential
