The Customer Service and Support function are responsible for activities related to assisting, supporting, and resolving customers' questions specific to products and services.
The Customer Support area is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues.
The Call Center Training focus specializes in creating, developing, and implementing a training curriculum that ensures that all new hires are able to utilize appropriate systems to assist customers with placing orders, checking stock availability, checking order status, and various other routine queries.
Incumbents in this job family are typically responsible for directing and guiding the work of teams and/or individuals.
Typically incumbents would be responsible for performance reviews, pay reviews, and may have hire/fire decision-making authority.

Training Provision and Compliance
- Ensures provision and achievement of all training requirements within the business units - Responsible for the delivery and development of all product, process and systems training - Responsible for the delivery of soft skills training. The development of soft skills training to be completed by the People Development team unless the material is client specific and supplied by the client.
2. Reporting and Standards - Develops and delivers reports to meet the Business Unit’s requirements and standard reporting requirements within the Merchants business - Identifies, establishes and conducts reporting and analysis on Business Unit interventions, using methodology in line and agreed with the People Development team including pre

3. Development Needs Analysis - Collaborates with Operations/People Development team to ensure that - competence gaps are filled Ensures knowledge of business issues is current - Identifies trends and common challenges in business units and makes recommendations for solutions in collaboration with People Development Facilitators - Proposes solutions to fill any identified gaps in competence as a result of identifying common trends across the business units
