Job Title: Human Resources Administrator
Reporting to : HR Director
Role Summary:

**Responsibilities**:
- Payroll capturing on SAGE VIP payroll
- Time and attendance on ERS biometrics
- Weekly reports and monthly reports on attendance and discipline to the HR Manager.
- Submission and upkeeping of seta related reports to WR seta and fasset.
- Recruitment Assistance
- Labour relations documentation administration and trends reporting
- Contract of employment administration
- Staff induction and training
Key Outputs:
- Conducting all reference checks prior to the appointment of new staff members
- Compiling internal and external job advertisements.
- Management of the on-boarding and induction processes for all new staff members.
- Ensuring administration of relevant on-boarding forms, signed contracts and documentation are completed and signed by new staff members.
- payroll and training administration
- Record keeping of all temporary and contracting staff
- Placing job adverts on various portals and monitoring the ad response
- Handle all leave processes and queries
- Provide data for and prepare management information reports: absence recording system
- Assist with day-to-day HR and business management queries
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wellington, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 4 years (required)
- Payroll software: 2 years (preferred)
- BBBEE: 1 year (preferred)
- Labour Law: 2 years (preferred)
- Training and Seta submissions: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
License/Certification:
- drivers licence (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (required)
