**SPECIFICATION**
A leading fruit exporter is looking for an HR Business Partner to be the primary HR support for farming operations in Bonathaba and Zwartfontein, Wellington and the focal point for provision of all HR services. The incumbent is responsible for delivering and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes including Recruitment and Talent Management, Remuneration, Performance Management and Labour Relations. The position ensures compliance with legislation, codes and industry standards and contributes and participates in HR and business strategy development and implementation. The incumbent must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant tertiary qualification, plus strong knowledge of labour legislation and dispute resolution
- 3-5 years’ relevant HR Generalist experience
- Previous exposure to the agricultural industry advantageous
- A good knowledge of, and demonstrable experience in Remuneration, Performance Management, Recruitment and Talent Management and frontline Employee Relations in a unionized environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point),
- Experience with payroll and HR information systems and HR Analytics advantageous
- Project and Change Management experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Demonstrable collaboration and team working skills and networking ability

**Salary**: Up to R35,000.00 per month
