**Responsibilities**:

- PA support to the CEO (including travel arrangements etc.)
- Reception & Switchboard duties
- Assist with sales in tasting room (including work on Saturdays and Sundays according to a shift roster)
- Purchases (orders and processing of invoices)
- Creditors administration (including reconciliations and payments)
- Coordination of company functions

**Requirements**:

- Previous relevant experience will be advantageous
- A relevant qualification (finance / administration / logistics) will be a recommendation
- Experience in the wine industry (advantageous)
- Passionate about wine and the desire to expand knowledge thereof
- Willingness to assist with various administrative tasks
- A professional, friendly and well-groomed personality
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
- Good computer and numerical skills
- Good organising and planning skills
- Willingness to work on holidays and during weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) in accordance with a rotation schedule
- Valid driver’s licence
