Sales and Customer Service Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
**Customer Service Management**:
- Oversee the customer service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Establish customer service standards and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
- Train and develop customer service staff to maintain high performance levels.
**Team Leadership**:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales and customer service teams.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as required
**Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to align sales and customer service efforts with overall company objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination across teams.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
