**Role summary**

The Red Fox, an enterprising contributor in the sports betting industry, provides targeted marketing and operational support for two unique brands. With one brand enjoying established success and the other a burgeoning player in the sector, we are expanding our professional ensemble. Currently, we are seeking an experienced Partnerships & Activations Manager to drive our brand engagement and build strategic relationships.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in affiliate marketing, account management, and brand activations.
- Strong understanding of the sports betting industry and its marketing dynamics.
- Proven track record in building successful partnerships and overseeing engaging brand activation events.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and manage brand activation events in retail locations, ensuring alignment with our clients' brand images and business objectives.
- Establish, nurture, and manage relationships with partners, influencers, and affiliates to broaden our clients' brand reach and promote customer engagement.
- Work closely with our Marketing Manager to align brand activation events with overarching marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovative brand activations and partnerships.
- Negotiate, establish, and maintain contracts with affiliates and partners, ensuring all agreements meet the needs of both parties and support our clients' strategic goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand activation events and partnership initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, successful execution of brand activation events and affiliate campaigns.
- Manage partner and affiliate-related issues and concerns, providing prompt and efficient resolutions to maintain strong, productive relationships.
