**The role**:
As Industry Partnership Lead, your primary responsibility is to cultivate and manage relationships with both direct and indirect stakeholders within the broader financial services and payments ecosystem. You will strategically position our offerings in the minds of key partners, driving mutual benefits and fostering business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry landscape and an aptitude for strategic collaboration.

The primary focus is to ensure that Electrum is consistently, accurately, and strategically positioned in the minds of key personas at stakeholder organisations.

**Requirements**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage existing and new partners to expand our business reach and drive revenue growth.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with our business strategy.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform our partnership strategy.
- Drive due diligence process to evaluate potential partnerships and ensure alignment with company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate degree in Business or related field.
- Referencable payment industry experience is essential.
- Strong Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of importance for relationship management.
- Ability to negotiate.
- Highly analytical mindset.
- Ability to strategically translate data into actionable insight.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
