Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Human Resources professional to join Profile Personnel as our HR Manager. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our HR department, driving business growth and success through innovative people management practices.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a proactive approach to risk management.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating a workplace environment that values and respects individual differences.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, ensuring employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees, empowering them to grow professionally and personally.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Higher National Diploma or Degree in HR Management.
  • 5-10 years' experience in a Human Resources Environment.
  • Knowledge and previous experience in BCCEI Main Agreement.
  • Own Vehicle and Valid driver's license.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Must be well-organized and have excellent time-management skills.
  • Be a successful negotiator and influencer.
  • Analyze information quickly with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator to all levels of management in the company.
  • Be good at keeping the peace and managing conflict in the company.
  • Real listening skills and respect for keeping information private.
  • MUST HAVE sound knowledge and practice of HR and IR in the Construction sector.
