**Job description**:
- To coordinate the delivery of the Healthcare administration in accordance to the Group’s Healthcare policy.
**Purpose and Objectives**
- To ensure an effective working relationship with all healthcare service providers
- To ensure accurate and timeous reconciliations of all payments to providers and employees
- To resolve all queries relating to healthcare within the SLA agreement and in an informative manner.
**Minimum requirements**:
**Educational Requirements**
- Matric/Grade 12 (essential).
- HR Qualification or related Bachelor's Degree (Desirable).

- 2 - 3 years of benefit experience
