Service Desk Support/technician

**Key duties**:
Field and prioritise calls from users
Escalate calls to second and third line support where necessary
Provide on-call, after hours support on a rotating basis
Shift work from Monday to Sunday
Administrative duties and reporting
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary or related IT qualification (advantageous)
- Microsoft MSQL experience (advantageous)
- Computer literate with working knowledge, Microsoft Office, POS and SAGE X3
- An understanding of computer hardware and terminology
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise issues
- A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage the demands of a pressurised work environment
