We are looking for a skilled technical team leader who is motivated, results-driven and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will assist the Service Delivery Manager lead and manage a department of 8+ service desk agents and technicians that serve much of the South African origination industry.

You will be required to manage your team with the objective of reducing escalations while driving and improving service to and on behalf of the business. At ooba you will be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while providing key input in continuous improvement initiatives.
