- Must have 3 years plus experience in this industry (medical/frail care) handling client complaints and care
- Some qualifications in this position will be advantageous
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent with client care services
- Must be detailed orientated and organized
- Excellent communication skills with clients and personnel
- Excellent working under pressure and excellent coping skills
- Must be able to work every second weekend

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Will be handling clients and personnel complaints
- Will be handling general client care
- Resolve problem/complaints with the up most professionalism
- General client care and complaints manager duties
