We are looking for a young and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a
**Customer Care Consultant.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide Customer support/services within the customer care centre
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints
- Liaise with the dealer network; Dealer Support
- Capture, record, and report on new leads as and when they land
- Manage agreed inboxes to process client communication for the nurturing process and action
- Liaise with our clients outlets to receive and action qualified leads
- Follow up on leads as and when due
**Requirements**:
- Matric (tertiary education beneficial but not essential).
- Previous experience beneficial
- Computer literate and tech savvy.
- Detail-oriented, focused, innovative and punctual.
- Extroverted: people's person.
