Executive Personal Assistant

Provide administrative and logístical support for Internal Audit & Risk Management team and personal assistant support to the Chief Audit Executive, whilst always ensuring that the corporate image is upheld.
Responsible for providing secretarial, administrative and logístical support in order to facilitate a more efficient and organised working environment to the Internal Audit & Risk Management department.
Ensuring administrative and other duties are quickly and efficiently performed for the smooth running of the department.
In addition, responsible for the editing of draft audit reports, distribution of finalised reports to internal and external parties.
Facilitate the approval and payment of supplier invoices and maintaining a database of costs incurred to enable recoveries from clients.
MINIMUM OF 8 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE INCLUDING:
- Personal Assistant experience at Executive level
- Office administration, specifically within a team context
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS
Matric Certificate
Secretarial/Administration Certificate or Diploma
