Webhelp in in search for a frontline receptionist to join our team as our Claremont Receptionist (Senior Frontline Administrator) representing the company.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Maintaining security protocols by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges
- Acting as the onsite contact for visitors, clients and guests
- Acting as the first point of contact with all clients and guests
- Answering all incoming calls
- Screening and redirecting calls
- Taking and distributing messages,
- Keeping the reception area tidy,
- Reporting any maintenance issues
- Supporting evacuation procedures.
- Managing all boardroom bookings
- Preparing conference calls and meeting requests, arranging catering, equipment and the printing of documents relevant to each particular session
- Meeting and greeting interview applicants, clients and visitors by receiving them at reception, taking them through to the relevant meeting points, and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
- All of your duties must be performed with the strictest confidentiality of all information at all times.
**What you’ll need**
- Matric (Essential)
- MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Intermediate)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Essential)
- Min 18 months’ experience in a customer services role (Essential)
- Minimum 6 months in a coordinator/ administrator/ receptionist role (preferred)
- Clear credit, disciplinary and criminal records
- Internal applicants need to be in their current role for at least 6 months in order to be considered for this role.
