- Daily checking of various tender bulletins for new applicable tender adverts
- Tracking of new opportunities, tenders and submittals
- Co-ordination with third parties partaking and collaborating in tender submittals
- Complete tender forms and compile required documentation
- Compile and co-ordinate compilation of final tender packs for submittal
- Administrative duties for Directors
- Administrative duties for marketing team
- General office support
- General administration and housekeeping duties
- Office maintenance and tidiness
- Completion of PROCSA and JBCC contracts
- Filing and archiving
- Enhance the working environment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervision of support staff
- Frontline reception relief
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric
- Office Administration Qualification
- 5 years experience
- Knowledge of the architectural profession beneficial
- Working knowledge of PROCSA and JBCC contracts
- Good understanding of tendering process
- Ability to interpret tender documents
- Must be able to co-ordinate and multi-task
- Advanced Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Discreet flexible, self-motivated, organised and proactive
