Receptionist Administrator - Pinetown, KZN
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist Administrator to join our client based in Pinetown on a permanent basis.
**The hours are**
- Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm (1/2 lunch)
- Fri 8am-1pm
**What's involved?**
- Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintain security/health & safety by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges & PPE equipment
- Operate telecommunication system.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Process outgoing mail via post or courier.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Manage visitor lunches as required
- Assist with travel bookings
- Co-ordinate/oversee on site inductions for new starts/visitors
- Finance admin to include - supplier statement reconciliations, administering accounts payable inbox, assisting with Cofaxing/invoice imaging
- General office administration duties as required and to assist other depts.
