Recruitment Administrator

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Recruitment across the Group for all administration and property-related positions (full function from defining the need and developing the job spec to sourcing and placement).
- Proactive researching, approaching and connecting with the right talent.
- Administer background checks, and other pre-employment screening.
- Collaborate with departments to compile a consistent list of job requirements.
- Develop, implement and maintain the recruitment tracker and process flow.
- Develop and design reports to assist with identifying trends (hiring, turnover etc.).
- Onboarding/offboarding.
- Training and development for Property division (establish need and source and coordinate training).
- Payroll administration for Property division (timesheet reconciliations, collation of payroll support and data, liaising with payroll for finalised payroll sign-off).
- Assist with administration of employee benefits.
- Developing and maintaining HR documents, forms and policies.
- Develop and maintain collaborative performance review processes.
- Assist with the development of innovative employee wellness initiatives.
- Work with the IR/HR team to coordinate IR/HR issues across the Property division.
- Assist the HR/IR and Payroll Departments where necessary.
**Experience & Qualification**
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments, and evaluations.
- Ability to interpret psychometric test results.
- Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
- Property Industry-specific knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Thorough knowledge of applicant tracking and recruitment software.
- Understanding and familiarity with recruitment marketing.
- Solid understanding of labour legislation.
**Salary**: Up to R23,000.00 per month
