**EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST**

**Permanent Post**

**Key Responsibilities Areas will include the following**:

- Compliance, HR Governance and Risk Management.
- Co-ordinating development and review of HR policies.
- Collective bargaining and Recognition Agreement.
- Active stakeholder engagement.
- Training of managers and employees on employee relations processes.
- Advising HR Business Partners on corrective and progressive discipline.
- Advising and co-ordinating Wage Negotiations.
- Manage the Employee Wellness portfolio.

**Core Requirements**:

- Bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or related field
- 8 - 10 years Employee Relations related experience
- Solid working knowledge of the principles and practices of employee and labour relations
- Knowledge of CCMA and Labour Court processes
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing programs that measurably impact positive employee relations

**Added Advantage**
- Postgraduate degree in Labour / Employment Law / Postgraduate diploma in Employee Relations
- Handling negotiations & consultations in unionized environment
- Litigation skills

A salary in the region of R 1 025 391 per annum, cost-to-company will be negotiated in accordance with qualifications and experience.
