**CUSTOMER LIAISON & SALES COORDINATOR**
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all Company mailboxes and social media messaging services. These need to be answered timeously and appropriately.
- Direct and encourage customers to the appropriate channels to purchase i.e. our stores, factories, online or appropriate retailer.
- Coordinate sales activities, including lead generation, customer follow-up, and order processing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates on product offerings and promotions.
- Work closely with sales team members to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Drive marketing campaigns that support sales efforts, collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, including sales forecasts, customer order reports, and other related data.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, and recommend improvements to customer service processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Maintain and lead the sales force management tools, such as Georep to track, monitor and improve the output of the sales team
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Marketing**
- Generating content and planning calendar for social media channels.
- Daily monitoring and handling of queries received via social media channels.
- Copyright and content creation for point of sale / marketing material.
- Assisting team members with proofreading of marketing material.
- Assist with creating marketing material such as eflyers, presentations etc. via creative platforms such as PowerPoint and Canva.
- Measure and report brand performance and providing insights for improvement.
- Identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintaining a marketing database.
- Update and finalize TDS’s according to the standard templates and input from Technical / Marketing.
**General Administration**
- Provide administrative support to assigned team members, which include material preparation, data entry and other general administrative tasks. The key goal of this function is to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Draft, edit, and finalize various letters, reports, or other forms of documentation for internal and external distribution.
- Assist Management with clerical duties such as printing, faxing, copying, as well as organizing and maintaining files.
- Assist with the annual renewal of vehicle licenses and change of vehicle ownerships with the relevant service provider when required.
- Assist with switchboard relief as and when required.
- Screening phone calls and routing calls to the appropriate party
- Taking concise and appropriate messages when the relevant personnel is unavailable.
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Keep detailed meeting notes.
- Collate and distribute mail using the various platforms i.e. Outlook, Everlytic.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 years of Marketing & Administrative Assistant experience
- Type 65 words per minute
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Canva.
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passionate about customer service and sales, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license (own transport)
**REPORTING**
- This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer& National Sales Manager based at Head Office.
**Important to note**:
- 6 Month Temporary Job with possibility of becoming permanent.
- On-site work at head office: Umhlanga Ridge ,KZN.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R10,500.00 per month
