Duties/Pligte
- Managing and coordinating all strategic learning, teaching and assessment initiatives within the Faculty.
- Representing the Faculty and Dean's Office, as required on institutional and Faculty forums.
- Implementing institutional policies, guidelines and strategies at Faculty level, and supportingadministrative and academic staff in this task.
- Leading and coordinating the design, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum renewal processes within the Faculty.
- Coordinating and managing activities around student success.
- Managing and supporting key role-players in the Vice-Dean: Learning and Teaching reporting lines.
- Bestuur en koördineer alle strategiese leer-, onderrig

- Verteenwoordig die Fakulteit en Dekaanskantoor soos nodig by institusionele
- en Fakulteit forums.

- en akademiese personeel in hierdie taak.
- Lei en koördineer die ontwerp, implementering en evaluasie van kurrikulum vernuwingsprosesse binne die Fakulteit.
- Verskaf strategiese oorsig en ondersteuning met betrekking tot studente toegangsaktiwiteite en inisiatiewe (werwing, aansoeke, keuring en registrasie).
- Koördineer en bestuur aktiwiteite rondom studente sukses.
- Bestuur en ondersteun die kern rolspelers in die Visedekaan: Leer en Onderrig verslagdoeningslyne.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Relevant postgraduate qualification at NQF level 8.
- Sound knowledge and experience of learning, teaching and assessment in higher education.
- The ability to liaise with academics and professional/support staff on all levels.
- Previous experience in curriculum renewal or curriculum development initiatives.
- At least five years' experience in a higher education institution.
- Excellent communication, administrative and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a team approach.
- Toepaslike nagraadse kwalifikasie op NQF vlak 8.
- Goeie kennis en ervaring van leer en onderrig en assessering in hoër onderwys.
- Die vermoë om met akademici en professionele/steunpersoneel op alle vlakke te skakel.
- Vorige ervaring in kurrikulum vernuwing of kurrikulum ontwikkelingsinisiatiewe.
- Minstens vyf jaar se ervaring by 'n hoë onderwys instelling.
- Uitstekende kommunikasie-, administratiewe
- en projekbestuursvaardighede.
- Uitstekende probleemoplossingsvaardighede en 'n spanverband benadering.
